DUES DEDUCTIONS FROM PAY. The Employer shall deduct from each pay of each employee, Union dues in the amount or rate notified in writing from time to time to the Treasurer of the Employer by the Treasurer of CUPE Local 905. The Union agrees that the amount or rate of dues to be so deducted, when once set, shall not be changed by the Union for a period of six (6) months and thereafter shall not be changed more than once in any six (6) month period.
