Dues Deductions Payment Plan. Deductions referred to in Paragraph A above will be made in twenty (20) equal and consecutive installments beginning with the second paycheck in September. Deduction authorizations delivered later than October 15 will be honored as soon as practicable.

Dues Deductions Payment Plan. Deductions referred to in Paragraph A above will be made in either five (5) or ten (10) equal and consecutive installments beginning with the first paycheck in November. The payment plan will be elected by the teacher. Deduction authorization delivered later than October 15 need not be honored by the Board until the sixth paycheck from which the deductions are to be made. Authorizations delivered from October 16 through the date of the fifth paycheck from which deductions are to be made shall be honored beginning with the sixth paycheck in five (5) equal and consecutive installments. Deduction authorizations delivered after the date of the fifth paycheck from which deductions are to be made need not be honored until the following school year.

  • Dues Deductions 47. Dues deductions, once initiated, shall continue until the authorization is revoked in writing by the employee. For the administrative convenience of the City and the Association, an employee may only revoke a dues authorization by delivering the notice of revocation to the Controller during the two week period prior to the expiration of this Agreement.   • Union Dues Deductions It shall be a condition of employment for all Nurses in the Bargaining Unit, that dues be deducted from their bi-weekly salary in the amount determined by the Union. The bi-weekly salary received by salaried employees will not be reduced regardless of the number of hours the salaried employee actually works in any week in which the salaried employee performs any work except for the following deductions:

  • Other Payroll Deductions In addition to the above, the City will deduct from an employee's payroll check, upon authorization by the employee, amounts payable to causes or organizations selected by the Union. At any one time, no more than ten (10) such causes or organizations may be identified by the Union as authorized to benefit from such payroll deductions unless otherwise authorized by the City in its sole discretion. The Union will notify the City of the causes and organizations to be so authorized. Payroll deductions shall be governed by the ability of the City Auditor's payroll system to handle same.
