Dues Deductions Records. The Company will furnish the Secretary-Treasurer of the Local Union in alphabetical order a monthly record of those from whom deductions have been made, together with the amount of such deductions. Such lists shall also include employee numbers, current address and telephone numbers and will show employees laid off and recalled during the month, as well as those going on leave of absence and those returning from leave of absence.
