Dues, Fees and Assessments Deducted. The Employer, upon receipt of such advice from the Union, shall thereupon make the deductions from the earnings of the Employees. The amounts deducted together with a list of those Employees from whom such deductions were made, shall be remitted to the Union Treasurer not later than the pay day following that from which the deductions were made. The Union further agrees to indemnify the Employer with regards to check offs, collection and remitting of dues money to the Union.
