Common use of DUMP TRUCK MAINTENANCE Clause in Contracts

DUMP TRUCK MAINTENANCE. Damage to dump trucks attributable to the Employer, except for normal wear and tear, shall be repaired by the Employer. For any day a dump truck is taken out of service for repairs attributable to the Employer, the owner-operator dump truck driver shall receive a standby allowance of five (5) hours at the applicable rate for that day, provided however, the Employer has the right to specify the manner in which such repairs are undertaken.
