Effective Date and Duration When all Parties have executed this Grant, and all necessary approvals have been obtained (“Executed Date”), this Grant is effective and has a Grant funding start date as of July 1, 2020 (“Effective Date”), and, unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, will expire on June 30, 2021.
POWERS AND DUTIES OF CUSTODIAN AND DOMESTIC SUBCUSTODIAN Except for Assets held by any Subcustodian appointed pursuant to Sections 5(b), (c), or (d) of this Agreement, the Custodian shall have and perform the powers and duties hereinafter set forth in this Section 4. For purposes of this Section 4 all references to powers and duties of the "Custodian" shall also refer to any Domestic Subcustodian appointed pursuant to Section 5(a).
EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT Subject to ratification by the parties: This Agreement shall be effective from the 1st day of January, 2020 and shall be valid until the 31st day of December, 2024, and thereafter from year to year unless a written notice is given by either party within the period of four months immediately preceding the date of expiration of the term of the Collective Agreement, of their desire to terminate this Agreement or negotiate a revision thereof, in which case this Agreement shall remain in effect without prejudice to any retroactive clause of a new Agreement until negotiations for revision or amendments hereto have been concluded and a new Agreement superseding this Agreement has been duly executed. The amendments to the Collective Agreement, unless otherwise agreed, are effective upon the date of ratification by the parties. Effective the eighth pay period in 2024, the Company shall pay an aggregate salary increase to be determined in advance of the annual pay for performance program based on market. This aggregate increase shall be no less than 2.5%. The aggregate salary increase will be payable to employees covered by this agreement and shall be added to the recipient employees’ rates of pay. The amounts provided to individual employees will be based on each employee’s demonstrated performance for the previous fiscal year. SCHEDULE B The only provisions of this Agreement applying to temporary and casual employees are outlined in this Schedule B. 1. Article 5 - Maintenance of Membership 2. Temporary employees shall be paid within the range according to their job family level. Payment above these minimums shall be at the discretion of the Company. 3. A temporary employee as defined in Article 1.3 who is appointed to a Regular Full- Time or Part-Time position as defined in Articles 1.1 and 1.2 shall have his/her seniority recognized from the date the employee was first hired provided that there is no interruption of service. 4. Temporary employees shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s benefit and pension plans provided their term is expected to exceed or exceeds one year. 5. All other entitlements will be in accordance with the Saskatchewan Employment Act.
ENTRY INTO FORCE AND DURATION OF MOBILITY 2.1 The agreement shall enter into force on the date when the last of the two parties signs.
Domain and Designation The Top-‐Level Domain to which this Agreement applies is .moi (the “TLD”). Upon the Effective Date and until the earlier of the expiration of the Term (as defined in Section 4.1) or the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article 4, ICANN designates Registry Operator as the registry operator for the TLD, subject to the requirements and necessary approvals for delegation of the TLD and entry into the root-‐zone.
Inactive and Dormant Client Accounts 18.1. If the Client Account is inactive for three (3) months or more (i.e. there is no trading, no open positions, no withdrawals or deposits), it will be charged a monthly maintenance fee. The fee will equal 10 units of the account currency and will be charged on the first day of the month following the three (3) months of inactivity. 18.2. If the Client Account is inactive for one year or more, and after notifying the Client in its last known address, the Company reserves the right to close the Client Account and render it dormant. Money in the dormant account shall remain owing to the Client and the Company shall make and retain records and return such funds upon request by the Client at any time thereafter.
Entry into force and duration 1. This Agreement shall enter into force one month after the date of exchange of the instruments of ratification by the Contracting Parties. The Agreement shall remain in force for a period of ten years. Unless notice of termination is given by either Contracting Party at least six months before the expiry of its period of validity, this Agreement shall be tacitly extended each time for a further period of ten years, it being understood that each Contracting Party reserves the right to terminate the Agreement by notification given at least six months before the date of expiry of the current period of validity. 2. Investments made prior to the date of termination of this Agreement shall be covered by this Agreement for a period of ten years from the date of termination.
UNION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES DEDUCTION 4.01 All Employees have the right: (a) to be members of the Union and to participate in its lawful activities; (b) to bargain collectively with the Employer through the Union. 4.02 The Employer will, as a condition of employment, deduct from the earnings of each Employee covered by this Collective Agreement an amount equal to the dues as determined by the Union. The Union acknowledges that the deductions of amounts equal to the dues does not constitute membership in the Union and membership in the Union shall continue to be voluntary. 4.03 Consistent with the payroll system of the Employer, the Union will advise the Employer of the amount of its membership dues. An amount equal to said membership dues will be deducted from each Employee at the prescribed rate and remitted to the Union not later than the fifteenth (15th) of the month following. The remittance shall be accompanied by a list specifying the following: (a) the Employee's name; (b) mailing address; (c) classification; (d) site(s); (e) Employee status; (Regular Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Casual); (f) Basic Rate of Pay; (g) the amount of deduction for each Employee; (h) the Employee's gross pay; (i) personal phone number; (j) Employee number; (k) starting date; (l) Employees on long term absence status where applicable. Long term absence shall mean any absence in excess of six (6) months; and (m) unless already provided, a separate listing of all Casual Employees including the name of the Employee and date of hire. 4.04 The dues structure of the Union shall be on a percentage basis and the Union shall give not less than thirty (30) days notice of any change in the rate at which dues are to be deducted. Any change in the amount of deductions shall be implemented by the Employer at the next possible pay period following expiry of the notice period. 4.05 Where an accounting adjustment is necessary to correct an over or under payment of dues, it shall be effected in the succeeding month. 4.06 The Employer shall indicate the dues deducted and enter the amount on the T-4 slip supplied to the Employee.
Refund During Cooling-Off Period The PEI will provide the Student with a cooling-off period of seven (7) working days after the date that the Contract has been signed by both parties. The Student will be refunded the highest percentage (stated in Schedule D) of the fees already paid if the Student submits a written notice of withdrawal to the PEI within the cooling-off period, regardless of whether the Student has started the course or not.
Possession and Assembly of Collateral Secured Party may, without notice, demand or initiate legal process of any kind, take possession of any or all of the Collateral (in addition to Collateral of which Secured Party already has possession), wherever it may be found, and for that purpose may pursue the same wherever it may be found, and may at any time enter into any of Grantor's premises where any of the Collateral may be or is supposed to be, and search for, take possession of, remove, keep and store any of the Collateral until the same shall be sold or otherwise disposed of and Secured Party shall have the right to store and conduct a sale of the same in any of Grantor's premises without cost to Secured Party. At Secured Party's request, Grantor will, at Grantor’s sole expense, assemble the Collateral and make it available to Secured Party at a place or places to be designated by Secured Party which is reasonably convenient to Secured Party and Grantor.
