Wearing Apparel. The Employer will supply a reasonable number of smocks, uniforms, dresses or other wearing apparel required on the job, to be laundered by the Employer. Special clothing to be supplied by the Employer where required. Members shall be permitted to wear sweaters, providing they are acceptable to the Employer.

Wearing Apparel. The Employer shall furnish a xxxxx or an apron to each employee and shall pay for the laundering of same. When an employee is required by the Employer to wear a uniform or special article of wearing apparel, such uniform or special article of wearing apparel shall be furnished, cleaned, laundered, repaired or given similar services connected with the upkeep thereof free of cost to the said employee by the Employer and no deduction from the wages of the employee, or other charge upon the employee, shall be made by the Employer for such uniform or special article of wearing apparel or for the cleaning, laundering, repairing or upkeep thereof. Special clothing, such as rain capes and parkas, are to be supplied by the Employer where required. Members shall be permitted to wear sweaters, providing they are acceptable to the Employer.

Employees who terminate their employment with the Employer shall return all of their shirts to their store. The Company will post a policy on Wearing Apparel, dress code and protective clothing following these principles:
Wearing Apparel. 16.01 Special clothing such as parkas are to be supplied and maintained by the Employer where required as determined by the Employer. 16.02 The Employer agrees to provide one (1) uniform shirt to each employee at the point of hire who is required by the Employer to wear a uniform shirt. Every September all employees who are required by the Employer to wear a uniform shirt with a minimum of one (1) year of service may request and receive one (1) additional shirt as long as the employee remains actively employed. Employees are required to maintain their shirts in a clean and presentable condition. Any additional shirts required by the employee can be purchased from the Employer. Shirts will be available in appropriate sizes.

Wearing Apparel. Where the Employer requires an employee to wear smocks or aprons, the Employer shall provide such smocks and aprons free of cost to the employee. The Employer shall provide each employee with two (2) new shirts each calendar year. Employees shall be responsible for laundering and pressing these items. Employees who terminate their employment with the Employer shall return these items to their store. New employees shall receive one (1) shirt when they are hired and a second shirt within six months. Special clothing, such as rain capes and parkas, are to be supplied by the Employer where required
Wearing Apparel. The Employer shall make available a xxxxx or apron to each employee. Hairnets will be supplied by the Employer and must be worn by employees whenever working with open food. Employees are required to supply their own safety footwear. The Employer may develop a dress standard for employees, including hairnets and hats. The dress standard will include personal appearance standards, as well as, style and colour of pants and shirts.

Wearing Apparel. 32.01 Appropriate jackets, hats, parkas and up to two (2) pairs of lined winter gloves in appropriate sizes per winter season, per service agent, raincoats (sufficient numbers available), are to be supplied by the Employer and are to remain the property of the Employer. 32.02 Summer apparel for service agents, consisting of short sleeve summer shirts will be supplied by the Employer in appropriate sizes. 32.03 The Employer agrees to keep parkas and other clothing in good repair and to dry clean parkas as necessary.
Wearing Apparel. The Employer agrees to provide all required wearing apparel as determined as part of mandatory dress code. The Employer agrees to pay in full for three (3) pair of pants and/or skirts, three (3) summer shirts and/or blouses, three (3) winter shirts and/or blouses and necessary hats, leather and utility pieces, side arms, belts and other necessary insignia. The Employer agrees to provide jackets and to replace such items as necessary.
Wearing Apparel. The Employer shall make available a xxxxx or apron to each employee. Employees are required to supply their own safety footwear. 1. The Company will provide and launder any supplied aprons or smocks as required. 2. The Company will provide uniforms as required but will only launder uniforms for Bakery Clerks and Meat Cutters. 3. Should an employee receive a coverall, the employee will be responsible for laundering.
