Common use of DUPLICATE HEALTH COVERAGE Clause in Contracts

DUPLICATE HEALTH COVERAGE. (a) All members of the bargaining unit shall have a maximum of one (1) family health plan per family. If a unit member is covered (or eligible for coverage) under a spouse's insurance plan which provides coverage that is comparable to that provided by the College, then the unit member may not take health insurance through the College and must take the waiver option discussed below.
