Duration and methods of repayment. The duration of the loan is set at 36 months starting from the disbursement date. The interest, at the variable rate under Art. 4 will be paid in 12 deferred QUARTERLY instalments, the first one of which will be due on 23/10/2018 and the last on 23/07/2021. Interest is payable from the date of payment. The principal will be repaid in 12 QUARTERLY instalments with the due dates as the interest instalments. All of the above according to the repayment schedule attached to this deed under letter “A”. The Borrower authorises the charging of the amounts of the individual instalments to the c/a under Art. 2, which it undertakes to keep open for the entire duration of the Loan and on which it undertakes to promptly make available the funds needed to pay the instalments, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 7 letter d). Duration and methods of repayment. The duration of the loan is set at 72 months from the date of disbursement. This duration shall include a grace period. Interests shall be paid, at the variable rate referred to in Art. 4, in 24 quarterly instalments, the first of which will be due on 29/10/2020 and the last on 29/07/2026, with the specification that the first 4 instalments will only include interests. Calculation of interest starts from the date of disbursement. The principal will be repaid in 20 quarterly instalments. The first principal instalment will be due on 29/10/2021, and the subsequent instalments will have the same due dates as the interest instalments, while the last will be due on 29/07/2026 All of the above according to the repayment schedule attached to this deed under letter “A”.   • Currency and method of payments All payments to be made by the Lenders or by the Borrower under a Finance Document shall be made to the Agent or to the Security Trustee, in the case of an amount payable to it: (a) by not later than 11.00 a.m. (New York City time) on the due date; (b) in same day Dollar funds settled through the New York Clearing House Interbank Payments System (or in such other Dollar funds and/or settled in such other manner as the Agent shall specify as being customary at the time for the settlement of international transactions of the type contemplated by this Agreement); (c) in the case of an amount payable by a Lender to the Agent or by the Borrower to the Agent or any Lender, to such account with such bank as the Agent may from time to time notify to the Borrower and the other Creditor Parties; and (d) in the case of an amount payable to the Security Trustee, to such account as it may from time to time notify to the Borrower and the other Creditor Parties.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Assistant Controller, Associate Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. Any funds received after that time will be deemed to have been received on the next Business Day.   • Compensation and Method of Payment Subject to any limitations set forth below or elsewhere in this Agreement, District agrees to pay Consultant the amounts specified in Exhibit B “Compensation”. The total compensation, including reimbursement for actual expenses, shall not exceed Ninety-Two Thousand Dollars ($92,000.00), unless additional compensation is approved in writing by the District. a. Payment to Consultant for work performed pursuant to this Agreement shall not be deemed to waive any defects in work performed by Consultant.

  • Payment Methodology The Contractor shall be compensated based on the Service Rates in Attachment for units of service authorized by the Institution in a total amount not to exceed the Contract Maximum Liability established in Section C. 1. The Contractor’s compensation shall be contingent upon the satisfactory completion of units of service or project milestones identified in Attachment B. The Contractor shall submit invoices, in form and substance acceptable to the Institution with all of the necessary supporting documentation, prior to any payment. Such invoices shall be submitted for completed units of service or project milestones for the amount stipulated.

  • Underutilization and Early Termination Charges If Customer’s Total Service Charges do not reach the AVC in any Contract Year during the Initial Term, Customer shall pay an “Underutilization Charge” equal to 25% of the unmet AVC. If Customer’s Total Service Charges do not reach the AVC in any Contract Year because the Agreement is terminated early by Customer without Cause or by Company with Cause, Customer shall pay an “Early Termination Charge” equal to 25% of the unmet AVC plus a pro rata portion of any credits received by Customer.
