The C. O.L.A. accumulation at the end of each calculation period shall be folded in to the wage structure.
The C. S.E.A. recognize the duty and obligations of its representative to comply with the provisions of this Agreement and to make every effort toward inducing all employees to do so. In the event of a strike, work stoppage, slow-down, or other interference with the operation of the District by employees who are represented by the C.S.E.A., the C.S.E.A. agrees in good faith to take all necessary steps to cause those employees to cease such action.
The C. S.E.A. shall designate three representatives who shall receive a reasonable amount of release time without loss of compensation to attend negotiations.
The C. T.A. shall not utilize its designated window for the purpose of political endorsements or solicitation.
The C. A.O. shall, under the direction of Council supervise and direct the employees of the Town.
The C. A.O. may, with approval of the Council establish allowances that may be paid in addition to the employee’s regular pay. These special allowances are over and above normal pay and would include the following:
The C. E.I. shall have the right to post notices of interest to its members in a mutually agreed upon area in each work location.
The C. E.O. has represented to Employee that she has the power and authority to bind the Company and any successor to accept the revised terms and conditions of this Agreement.

However, payments of C.O.L.A. shall not exceed: Six percent (6%) of the currently effective hourly base rates for all job classifications between September 1, 2005 to August 31, 2006, and seven percent (7%) of the currently effective base rates for all job classifications between September 1, 2006 to August 31, 2007 and seven percent (7%) of the currently effective base rates for all job classifications between September 1, 2007 to August 31, 2008 and seven percent (7%) of the currently effective base rates for all job classifications between September 1, 2008 to August 31, 2009.
