Common use of DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. (a) The term of this Agreement shall be from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2015 and thereafter from year to year unless or until either party gives notice in writing to bargain during the three (3) month period preceding the date of its termination. (b) Except for Appendix "A" or unless specifically provided otherwise in the Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall become effective from the beginning of the pay period following the date of ratification by the Union.

DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. (a) The term of this Agreement shall be from April 1, 2012 2015 to March 31, 2015 and 2021and thereafter from year to year unless or until either party gives notice in writing to bargain during the three (3) month period preceding the date of its termination. (b) Except for Appendix "A" If any article in this agreement or unless specifically provided otherwise in part thereof is altered or rendered invalid by the Agreementoperation of existing or future legislation, the terms remainder of this Agreement agreement shall become effective from remain in full force and effect for the beginning remainder of the pay period following the date of ratification by the Unionterm.

(b) Except for Appendix "“A" ” or unless as specifically provided otherwise in the this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall become effective from the beginning of the pay period following the date of ratification by the UnionJune 9, 2008.
