Common use of DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. Except as otherwise provided, this Agreement shall be in effect from July 29, 2009 through and including February 29, 2012. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from year to year thereafter, unless either party shall notify the other party, in writing, at least ninety (90) days prior to March 1, 2012 or March 1 of any year thereafter of its intention to change, modify or terminate this Agreement.

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from year to year thereafter, unless either party shall notify the other party, in writing, at least ninety (90) days prior to March June 1, 2012 2022, or March June 1 of any year thereafter of its intention to change, modify or terminate this Agreement.

Every effort will be made to meet within thirty (30) days of the date on which the notice is received, for the purpose of commencing negotiations.

DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT.
