DURATION AND RETROACTIVITY. 28.01 This Agreement shall continue in effect until March 31, 2014 and shall remain in effect from year to year thereafter unless either party gives the other party written notice of termination or desire to amend the agreement. 28.02 Notice that amendments are required or that either party desires to terminate this agreement may only be given within a period of ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of this agreement or to any anniversary of such expiration date.
