Common use of DURATION, CHANGE AND RENEWAL Clause in Contracts

DURATION, CHANGE AND RENEWAL. 26.01 This Agreement shall become effective on May 1, 2016 and shall continue in full force and effect until April 30, 2019, and shall be renewed tri-annually thereafter, unless either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination or proposed revision of this Agreement within one hundred and twenty (120) days but not less than thirty days before April 30, 2019, or in a like period in any year thereafter.

DURATION, CHANGE AND RENEWAL. 26.01 23.01 This Agreement shall become effective on May 1the 8th day of July 2013, 2016 and shall continue in full force and effect until the 30th day of April 30, 20192016, and shall be renewed tri-annually thereafter, thereafter unless either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination or proposed revision of this Agreement within one hundred 120 days and twenty (120) days but not less than thirty 30 days before April 30the 30th day of April, 20192016, or in a like period in any tri-annual year thereafter.

DURATION, CHANGE AND RENEWAL. 26.01 23.01 This Agreement shall become effective on May 1the 15th day of June 2010, 2016 and shall continue in full force and effect until April 30the 30th day of April, 20192013, and shall be renewed tri-annually thereafter, thereafter unless either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination or proposed revision of this Agreement within one hundred 120 days and twenty (120) days but not less than thirty 30 days before April 30the 30th day of April, 20192013, or in a like period in any tri-annual year thereafter.

DURATION, CHANGE AND RENEWAL. 26.01 21.01 This Agreement shall become effective on May 1, 2016 2001, and shall continue in full force and effect until April 30, 20192004, and shall be renewed tri-annually thereafter, unless either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination or proposed revision of this Agreement within one hundred and twenty (120) days but not less than thirty days before April 30, 20192004, or in a like period in any year thereafter.

DURATION, CHANGE AND RENEWAL. 26.01 21.01 This Collective Agreement shall become effective on May 1the 1st day of May, 2016 2022 and shall continue in full force and effect until April 30the 30th day of April, 20192025, and shall be renewed tri-annually thereafter, thereafter unless either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination or proposed revision of this Collective Agreement within not more than one hundred and twenty (120) days but and not less than thirty (30) days before the 30th day of April 30, 20192025, or in a like period in any tri-annual year thereafter.

DURATION, CHANGE AND RENEWAL. 26.01 This Agreement shall become effective on May 1, 2016 and shall continue in full force and effect until April 30, 2019, and shall be renewed tri-annually thereafter, unless either ei- ther party shall furnish the other with notice of termination or proposed revision of this Agreement within one hundred and twenty (120) days but not less than thirty days before be- fore April 30, 2019, or in a like period in any year thereafter.

DURATION, CHANGE AND RENEWAL. 26.01 22.01 This Collective Agreement shall become effective on May 1the ninth day of May, 2016 2022, and shall continue in full force and effect until the 30th day of April 30, 20192025, and shall be renewed tri-annually thereafter, thereafter unless either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination or proposed revision of this Agreement within one hundred 120 days and twenty (120) days but not less than thirty 30 days before the 30th day of April 30, 20192025, or in a like period in any tri-annual year thereafter.

DURATION, CHANGE AND RENEWAL. 26.01 22.01 This Collective Agreement shall become effective on May 1the sixth day of May, 2016 2019, and shall continue in full force and effect until the 30th day of April 30, 20192022, and shall be renewed tri-annually thereafter, thereafter unless either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination or proposed revision of this Agreement within one hundred 120 days and twenty (120) days but not less than thirty 30 days before the 30th day of April 30, 20192022, or in a like period in any tri-annual year thereafter.
