Common use of DURATION CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

DURATION CLAUSE. SECTION 1. This Agreement shall be in full force and effective from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025 and shall continue thereafter from year to year unless either party serves written notice upon the other at least sixty (60) days prior to July 1 of any subsequent year of its desire to amend, modify or terminate this Agreement.

DURATION CLAUSE. SECTION 1. A. Either party to this Agreement may initiate negotiations for a successor Agreement to this Agreement to be effective from beginning July 1, 2022 through June 302027, 2025 and shall continue thereafter from year to year unless either party serves by tendering written notice upon to the other at least sixty (60) days prior to party on or after July 1 of any subsequent year of its desire to amend1, modify or terminate this Agreement2026.
