Common use of Duration of Assistance Clause in Contracts

Duration of Assistance. One-time assistance to homeowner, paid directly to Lender/Servicer, for application towards capitalized balance and/or negative equity, excluding late fees and NSF fees, on homeowners’ mortgage account.
