Common use of Duration of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Duration of Benefits. The Severance Benefits described in Section 1.9(viii) shall be provided to Executive at the same premium cost as in effect immediately prior to the Qualifying Termination. The welfare Severance Benefits described in Section 1.9(viii) shall be provided following the Qualifying Termination until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the Qualifying Termination or (ii) the date Executive receives substantially equivalent welfare benefits from a subsequent employer.
