Common use of Duration of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Duration of Benefits. Should an employee's employment terminate following the last day of the school year and before the commencement of the ensuing school year, such employee shall be entitled to continued paid coverage under the District provided insurance plans until August 31 of the ensuing year.
