DURATION OF CALL OFF CONTRACT. CALL OFF CONTRACT PERIOD This Call Off Contract shall take effect on the Call Off Commencement Date and the term of this Call Off Contract shall be the Call Off Contract Period. Where the Contracting Authority has specified a Call Off Extension Period in the Call Off Order Form, the Contracting Authority may extend this Call Off Contract for the Call Off Extension Period by providing written notice to the Supplier before the end of the Initial Call Off Period. The minimum period for the written notice shall be as specified in the Call Off Order Form. CALL OFF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN Formation of Implementation Plan: Where an Implementation Plan has not been agreed and included in Call Off Schedule 4 (Implementation Plan) on the Call Off Commencement Date, but the Contracting Authority has specified in the Call Off Order Form that the Supplier shall provide a draft Implementation Plan prior to the commencement of the provision of the Services, the Supplier’s draft must contain information at the level of detail necessary to manage the implementation stage effectively and as the Contracting Authority may require. The draft Implementation Plan shall take account of all dependencies known to, or which should reasonably be known to, the Supplier. The Supplier shall submit the draft Implementation Plan to the Contracting Authority for Approval (such decision of the Contracting Authority to Approve or not shall not be unreasonably delayed or withheld) within such period as specified by the Contracting Authority in the Call Off Order Form. The Supplier shall perform each of the Deliverables identified in the Implementation Plan by the applicable date assigned to that Deliverable in the Implementation Plan so as to ensure that each Milestone identified in the Implementation Plan is Achieved on or before its Milestone Date. The Supplier shall monitor its performance against the Implementation Plan and Milestones (if any) and any other requirements of the Contracting Authority as set out in this Call Off Contract and report to the Contracting Authority on such performance.
DURATION OF CALL OFF CONTRACT. 12.1 In accordance with the ‘Public Contract Regulations 2015’ Contracts based on a Framework Agreement are to be awarded before the end of the term of the Framework Agreement itself. The duration of the Individual Contract does not need to coincide with the duration of the Framework Agreement, but might, as appropriate, be shorter or longer. In particular, the Customer is allowed to set the length of Individual Contracts based on a Framework Agreement taking account of factors such as the time needed for their performance, where maintenance of equipment with an expected useful life of more than four years is included or where extensive training of staff to perform the Contract is needed

  • FORMATION OF CONTRACT This proposed purchase contract, which incorporates by reference these General Provisions and all other terms and conditions set forth in this proposed purchase contract (collectively, the “Contract”), is Buyer's offer to purchase the services and/or materials (collectively, the “Services”) described in this offer. Acceptance is strictly limited to the terms and conditions included in this offer.   • Termination of Contract for Cause 5.1.1 If A-E breaches any of the covenants or conditions of this CONTRACT, COUNTY shall have the right to terminate this CONTRACT upon ten (10) days written notice prior to the effective day of termination.

  • Promotion of Contract It is agreed that Vendor will encourage all eligible entities to purchase from the TIPS Program. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS contract is not acceptable to the terms and conditions of this contract and will result in removal of Vendor from Program. Vendor is expected to use marketing funds for the marketing and promotion of this contract.

  • Distribution of Contract Within thirty (30) days after the execution of this contract, the District shall print or duplicate and provide without charge a copy of this contract to every employee of the bargaining unit. The District shall provide any employee who becomes a member of the bargaining unit after the execution of this Agreement with a copy of this Agreement without charge at the time of employment. The District shall provide each employee in the bargaining unit without charge with a copy of any written changes agreed to by the parties to this Agreement during the life of this Agreement.

  • Termination of Charter SCSB may terminate this Charter for those reasons provided in state law, USBE rule, or for material breach of this Agreement31 subject to the right of appeal as provided in U.C.A. §53G-5-503.
