CALL OFF CONTRACT PERIOD. This Call Off Contract shall take effect on the Call Off Commencement Date and the term of this Call Off Contract shall be the Call Off Contract Period. Where the Customer has specified a Call Off Extension Period in the Call Off Order Form, the Customer may extend this Call Off Contract for the Call Off Extension Period by providing written notice to the Supplier before the end of the Initial Call Off Period. The minimum period for the written notice shall be as specified in the Call Off Order Form.
CALL OFF CONTRACT PERIOD. B1.1 The Call-Off Contract shall commence on the Commencement Date and subject to clause B1.2 shall continue for the Contract Period.
B1.2 If the Contract Period includes an option to extend and the Council intends to take up the option, the Contractor shall be notified in writing within the period stated in the Order Form prior to the commencement of the extension. If no such notification is issued the Call-Off Contract shall automatically expire after the initial Contract Period.
CALL OFF CONTRACT PERIOD. 5.1 This Call Off Contract shall commence on the Call Off Commencement Date and the term of this Call Off Contract shall be the Call Off Contract Period.
CALL OFF CONTRACT PERIOD. The Call-Off Contract shall commence on the Call-Off Commencement Date (unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with its terms or it is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall continue for the Call-Off Contract Period. If the Call-Off Contract Period includes an option to extend and TVCA intends to take up the option, the Provider shall be notified in writing within the period stated in the Order prior to the commencement of the extension. If no such notification is issued the Call-Off Contract shall automatically expire after the initial Call-Off Contract Period. Where the Call-Off Contract is extended pursuant to clause 2.2, there shall be no amendment to the terms of the Call-Off Contract during the extension period.

CALL OFF CONTRACT PERIOD. 4.1. This Call Off Contract shall take effect on the Call Off Contract Commencement Date and shall expire either:
4.1.1. at the end of the Initial Call Off Period;
4.1.2. where the Customer elects to extend the Initial Call Off Period in accordance with Clause 4.2 below, at the end of the final extension period; or
4.1.3. at the end of the second anniversary of the expiry or earlier termination of the Framework Agreement, whichever is the earlier, unless otherwise terminated (or partially terminated in respect of the terminated part only) earlier by operation of Law or pursuant to Clause 31 (Termination Events).
4.2. At the end of the Initial Call Off Period, the Customer may extend the duration of this Call Off Contract for any period or periods up to the end of the second anniversary of the expiry or earlier termination of the Framework Agreement. If the Customer intends to extend this Call Off Contract for the first period, it shall give the first notice to the Supplier no later than three (3) Months prior to the end of the Initial Call Off Period and such notice shall include details of the duration of the relevant extension. If the Customer intends to exercise the option to extend the Call Off Contract for further periods, it shall give further notices to the Supplier no later than three (3) Months prior to the date upon which the current period of extension is due to expire, and shall include details of the duration of the relevant extension.
CALL OFF CONTRACT PERIOD. 2.1 The Call-off Contract shall take effect on the Call-off Contract Commencement Date and unless terminated, shall expire automatically on 4th December 2014 unless the Participant exercise the option of a year’s extension.

C. CALL OFF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE
5. [IMPLEMENTATION PLAN Control of Implementation Plan Changes to the Milestones (if any), Milestone Payments (if any) and Delay Payments (if any) shall only be made in accordance with the Variation Procedure and provided that the Supplier shall not attempt to postpone any of the Milestones using the Variation Procedure or otherwise (except in the event of a Customer Cause which affects the Supplier's ability to achieve a Milestone by the relevant Milestone Date). Where so specified by the Customer in the Implementation Plan or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract, time in relation to compliance with a date, Milestone Date or period shall be of the essence and failure of the Supplier to comply with such date, Milestone Date or period shall be a material Default unless the Parties expressly agree otherwise.
