Training of Staff. 12.1 MCM hereby undertakes to train Distributor's service managers and technicians in the installation repair and maintenance of the Equipment. Such training one time only shall take place at MCM in Israel. MCM shall provide such services at its own expense, however all travel and accommodation expenses of Distributor's personnel shall be at Distributor's expense. Distributor undertakes to install and or operate the SteriMed system with its territory only after his technicians has successfully trained in MCM. Further, MCM shall, at Distributor's request, train Distributor's customers and/or sales managers in the proper operation of the Equipment. The content, scheduling and duration of all such training shall be determined by MCM.

Training of Staff. 1.2. The school recognises that early intervention can prevent poor attendance. As such, teachers will receive training in identifying potentially at-risk pupils as part of their induction and refresher training.
Training of Staff. 5.1. The school recognises that early intervention can prevent bad behaviour. As such, teachers will receive training in identifying problems before they escalate; this can be behavioural problems in the classroom or during breaks/lunchtime.

A2Mcyte shall be responsible for the instruction and training of its personnel as may be necessary to effectively promote, market, distribute, and sell the APIC System in the Territory. A2Mcyte shall ensure that its sales and support personnel are thoroughly trained and conversant with the technology language relating to the APIC System, and shall develop sufficient knowledge of the APIC System (including its Specifications, features and benefits) and other products competitive with the APIC System, so as to be able to explain in detail to potential Customers the differences between the APIC System and such competitive products. Cytonics will offer training regarding the APIC System, at Cytonics’ expense, to all A2Mcyte sales employees; provided, however, that A2Mcyte shall reimburse Cytonics for Cytonics’ pre-approved out of pocket expenses incurred with respect to any such training including all travel expenses.

All professional staff subject to the District APPR will be provided with training on the evaluation system that will include: a review of the content and use of the evaluation system, the NYS Teaching Standards, adopted rubric, reporting forms and the procedures to be followed consistent with the approved APPR and associated contractual provisions. All training will be conducted prior to the implementation of the APPR process for current staff. Training will be conducted within thirty (30) calendar days of the beginning of each subsequent school year for newly hired staff.

Business Associate shall advise and train members of its workforce of their obligations to protect and safeguard PHI and/or PIFI and shall develop and implement appropriate sanctions against any member of its workforce who uses or discloses PHI and/or PIFI in violation of this Agreement.
