Training of Staff. 1. The Contractor shall ensure that employees responsible for program compliance receive appropriate grant administrative and program compliance training in: • Required Participant File Contents (In accordance with the SFWIB’s Policies and Procedures) • Required training in serving Limited English Proficiency (LEP) customers (In accordance with the SFWIB’s Policies and Procedures) • Required credentialing and skills standards (In accordance with the SFWIB’s Policies and Procedures) • Pass-through Entity Responsibilities 2 CFR Chapter II, Subpart D § 200.331 • Contracts Management/Administration (45 CFR 74.21)
2. The Contractor shall ensure that all employees receive appropriate training regarding Emergency Preparedness, including, but not be limited to: • Building fire; forest fire; hazardous material; flood; hurricane; tornado; earthquake; communications failure; civil disturbance; explosion; bomb threat; technological emergencies; workplace violence; terrorism and workplace injury/accident.
Training of Staff. 12.1. MCM hereby undertakes to train Distributor's service managers and technicians in the repair and maintenance of the Equipment. Such training shall take place at MCM in Israel. MCM shall provide such services at its own expense; however all travel and accommodation expenses of Distributor's personnel shall be at Distributor's expense. Further, MCM shall, at Distributors request, train Distributor's customers and/or sales managers in the proper operation of the Equipment. The content, scheduling and duration of all such training shall be determined by MCM.
12.2. It is expressly agreed between the parties that all service, repair and maintenance of the Equipment in the Territory shall be carried out only by qualified service personnel who have completed training, either by MCM or by Distributor's qualified instructor. Any deviation from this provision shall result in the immediate voiding of the warranty covering the relevant Equipment constitute a breach of this Agreement.
12.3. At Distributor's request, MCM shall certify one or more of Distributor's staff as qualified instructors in matters of service, maintenance and repair of the Equipment. At such point, Distributor shall be responsible for the training provided for in this Section 12 and MCM's obligations under this Section 12 shall cease.

Distributor undertakes to install and or operate the SteriMed system with its territory only after his technicians has successfully trained in MCM. Further, MCM shall, at Distributor's request, train Distributor's customers and/or sales managers in the proper operation of the Equipment. The content, scheduling and duration of all such training shall be determined by MCM.

Training of Staff. MMC shall develop, implement and maintain a training program designed to educate hospital personnel with patient contact responsibilities on MMC's revised LEP policy and the requirements of this Agreement. The training shall also cover: (i) the importance of effective communication with LEP persons in the medical setting; (ii) how and when to assess an individual's need for interpreter services and how to access appropriate language interpreter services, including professional agency interpreters, interpreters from MMC's Language Bank list, and use of telephone interpreter services; (iii) use of interpreters when MMC staff members receive incoming calls from, or make outgoing calls to LEP persons (e.g. when scheduling appointments); (iv) circumstances and conditions under which patient family members and companions may and may not be used as interpreters; (v) the role of the Coordinator of Interpreter Services; (vi) the impact of ethnic and cultural differences on effective communication and the need for sensitivity to diversity issues; and (vii) applicable record- keeping procedures and quality improvement reporting obligations. The training shall inform hospital personnel that MMC's policy of providing in-person and telephone interpreter services to LEP persons is not limited to languages in which Exhibit C, the poster referenced in Section III(7) and other documents are printed in accordance with this Agreement. MMC may contract with an appropriate individual or agency to provide any or all of the training sessions. The training shall be targeted, at a minimum, to each of the following groups: (1) clinical directors, department heads, nursing supervisors; (2) staff and volunteers assigned to the emergency room registration desk, any admission desk for inpatient or outpatient registrations or any general information desk; (3) all triage and Emergency Department nurses and (4) the Associate Vice- President of Medical Education and on-site faculty members of participating medical and nursing schools who are responsible for student training. Current personnel identified in groups (1), (2), (3) and (4) shall receive such training by November 30, 2000. Going forward, each new employee whose job category falls in group (1), (2), (3) or (4) shall receive the training outlined above within one year of their employment, provided that MMC shall furnish them with copies of its revised LEP policy promptly upon entering employment. Training of Staff. The City will require the Service Provider to provide training to City officials and third parties in the operation/management and maintenance of the Centre. The Service Provider agrees to provide such training when requested to do so on terms and conditions to be agreed between the parties.
Training of Staff. CMH shall be responsible for the instruction and training of its personnel as may be necessary to effectively promote, market, distribute, and sell the APIC System in the Territory. CMH shall ensure that its sales and support personnel are thoroughly trained and conversant with the technology language relating to the APIC System, and shall develop sufficient knowledge of the APIC System (including its Specifications, features and benefits) and other products competitive with the APIC System, so as to be able to explain in detail to potential Customers the differences between the APIC System and such competitive products. Cytonics will offer training regarding the APIC System and FACT diagnostic, at Cytonics’ expense, to all CMH sales employees; provided, however, that CMH shall reimburse Cytonics for Cytonics’ pre-approved out of pocket expenses incurred with respect to any such training including all travel expenses.
Training of Staff. The Operator shall comply with the requirements of this Contract and shall act in accordance with Good Industry Practice in relation to the training of Staff and relevant personnel during the Operating and Maintenance Period to ensure that the Services are performed with and by appropriately qualified and trained personnel in accordance with Schedule 4 (Operations Management).

Astaria shall ensure that its sales and support personnel are thoroughly trained and conversant with the technology language relating to the APIC System, and shall develop sufficient knowledge of the APIC System (including its Specifications, features and benefits) and other products competitive with the APIC System, so as to be able to explain in detail to potential Customers the differences between the APIC System and such competitive products. Cytonics will offer training regarding the APIC System, at Cytonics’ expense, to all Astaria sales employees; provided, however, that Astaria shall reimburse Cytonics for Cytonics’ pre-approved out of pocket expenses incurred with respect to any such training including all travel and lodging expenses.
