Duration of Promotion Lists. Subject to there being sufficient Employees on the list to meet requirements, the Promotion Lists and Acting Lists will be effective for a period of two (2) years; the two (2) year period shall commence the effective date of the new Promotion List and Acting List in the year of the competition. If the Promotion List is exhausted before the two-year period, the next competition will be held when required.
