Duration of Use. 3.1 This Agreement shall commence and end on the dates set out in Item 1 of the Schedule (“the Term”). The parties acknowledge that the term of this Agreement will not exceed 12 months. 3.2 During the Term, the Community User, subject to this Agreement, has a non-exclusive licence to use the Premises and the Equipment during the Access Times on the Community Use Date.
