End of Service. “EOS”) You acknowledge that some of the Eligible Products may have a limited life span or commercial use for which Lenovo might not be able to provide the Services under this Agreement during the entire Term of this Agreement. For such Eligible Products for which Lenovo has announced the end of Services (“EOS”) considering a three (3) months notification, Lenovo will provide the Services using its reasonable commercial endeavours. If Lenovo finds itself unable to provide Services and solve the problem for such Eligible Products, the relevant Eligible Product will be withdrawn from the Services under this Agreement without further obligations of the Parties.

End of Service. If your Wireless Service subscription is cancelled or terminated, you will return the Lifeline Wireless Communicator to Lifeline at your expense either by mail or arranging for pick up (for a fee) by a Lifeline representative. Prior to returning the Wireless Communicator, you will (i) contact Lifeline and arrange for the cancellation of your Wireless Service subscription and (ii) ensure that your Wireless Equipment is packaged for shipment in accordance with Philips’ instructions. If you do not return the Wireless Communicator within 30 days after termination, Lifeline reserves the right to charge you a $500.00 “lost Wireless Equipment” fee.
End of Service. Upon ending the use of a Product, all Content stored on Famic’s Cloud is automatically and deleted after a period of fifteen (15) days. End of Service. X-Rite reserves the right to declare any particular Product “end-of-service” at its sole discretion. In such case, following a corresponding notification to Customer, and unless agreed upon differently in writing, the Product(s) affected shall be considered removed from the scope of Products covered under the affected Service Care Plan from the corresponding date set forth in such notification. End of Service. At the end of service, the Partner Agency arranges and pays the JV AmeriCorps member’s travel by purchasing a ticket and the cost of one piece of luggage to the locale of the JV AmeriCorps member’s permanent residence or to their new residence. The cost is not to exceed $650. The minimum travel cost required is: 1. JV AmeriCorps members placed in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington: ● Most economical and safe travel by bus, train, plane ticket to permanent/new residence or other destination, and ● Luggage fees for one piece of luggage under 50 pounds, and $20/day for food during travel days, to be determined in collaboration with XX XxxxxXxxxx member. 2. JV AmeriCorps members who are continuing service in 2016-17: ● Most economical and safe travel by bus, train, plane ticket to permanent/new residence OR ● Least expensive and safe ticket to Portland, Oregon, for JVC Northwest Orientation, and ● Luggage fees for one piece of luggage under 50 pounds, and ● $20/day for food during travel days, to be determined in collaboration with JV AmeriCorps member. If the JV AmeriCorps member resigns or is asked to leave the JVC Northwest program within the first 90 calendar days of the program year or is released for cause from the Partner Agency, the JV AmeriCorps member is responsible for their travel home. If the JV AmeriCorps member leaves after 90 calendar days, the Partner Agency agrees to pay the percentage of the JV AmeriCorps member’s travel cost as provided in II. A.3.b.1. corresponding to the number of days served.
