Common use of Duration/renewal notice Clause in Contracts

Duration/renewal notice. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect until 12 July 1, 2022 2019, and shall continue in effect from year to year thereafter unless either 13 party gives notice in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to any expiration or modification 14 date of its desire to terminate or modify such Agreement. Each party giving notice of intent 15 to modify this Agreement shall use its best efforts to include with such notice a list of 16 requested modifications.
