Meeting Pay. In-service or other training meetings which are directly related to the employee's job where the Hospital requires the employee's attendance shall be treated as time worked. If held apart from other time worked, employees shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours for such meetings.

Meeting Pay. A Flight Attendant removed from duty for a hearing or investigation in a disciplinary matter and is later exonerated shall be paid for all lost flight time, i.e. block time. If a Flight Attendant attends a meeting in person on a day off, that Flight Attendant will be paid the Minimum Daily Guarantee. If the Flight Attendant participates in the meeting via phone or teleconference on a day off, the pay will be two (2.0) hours.
Meeting Pay. Union representatives shall be allowed time off without pay for Union business such as Union meetings, statewide or area Union committee meetings or Council 31 or International Conventions, provided such representative gives a minimum two week notice to the County Clerk. If more than two Union representatives in the same department desire such time off, arrangements must be made well in advance with the County Clerk. Unless the County Clerk approves otherwise, employees attending such conferences shall be limited to three (3) and those attending such conferences outside scheduled work time shall not be compensated by the Employer.
