Telephone Reimbursement. The Employer shall automatically 13 reimburse each Home Health and Hospice nurse working 32-40 hours/week a 14 monthly stipend of forty dollars ($40.00) and each Home Health and Hospice 15 nurse working below 32 hours/week a monthly stipend of thirty-five dollars 16 ($35.00) for personal cellular telephone use for work purposes. Resource nurses 17 will utilize an Employer provided cellular telephone. The Employer may require 18 documentation of charges. The Employer will continue to reimburse nurses for 19 work-related pay phone calls. 20
Telephone Reimbursement. If an employee is required, for the purpose of their employment, to be on call, the employee shall be reimbursed for all telephone calls made by the employee in responding to a call to the hospital, upon production of satisfactory evidence to the employer.

Telephone Reimbursement. Upon prior approval of the principal, employees who volunteer may call substitute teachers from home. These employees shall be reimbursed as follows: (1) Eleven dollars ($11.00) per month if employed in a school with a faculty and staff of twenty-four (24) persons or less. (2) Seventeen and one-half dollars ($17.50) per month if employed in a school with a faculty and staff of twenty-five (25) to forty-nine (49) persons. (3) Twenty-three dollars ($23.00) per month if employed in a school with a faculty and staff of fifty (50) or more persons. (4) The amount due shall be paid in two (2) equal installments on the last working day in the months of January and June.

Span of Hours: o Afternoon shift will now be payable from 6pm instead of 7pm o Night shift penalties will now apply on weekends as well as weekdays Study Leave: Quantum of study leave is now outlined in the Agreement. o 5 days in the first year of employment o 10 days in the second year of employment o 15 days in the third year of employment o 20 days in the fourth and subsequent year of employment Part time employees receive the entitlement on a pro-rata basis. Professional Development Leave: Leave may be accessed in hours instead of days to promote greater flexibility. Leave will be paid as if the Employee had worked the shift. Sleepover and Sleep Away from home: When required to work on a sleepover shift, employees will receive overtime for time worked (new minimum payment of 1 hour applies) in addition to the allowance. Overtime: Employees must be provided with a 10-hour break following an overtime shift. If a break is not provided, double time will be payable until the employee has had a 10-hour break. Recall: Increased minimum payment from 1 hour to 2 hours where recall to the workplace occurs.
