Common use of DURATION & RENEWAL Clause in Contracts

DURATION & RENEWAL. 21.01 This Agreement shall be effective on the first day of June, two thousand and eight (2008) and shall remain in effect until the thirty first day of May, two thousand and eleven (2011) and for further periods of one (1) year unless notice shall be given by either party, of the desire to delete, change or amend any of the provisions contained herein ninety days prior to the renewal date. Should neither of the parties give such notice, this Agreement shall renew for a period of one (1) year.
