Common use of DURATION & RENEWAL Clause in Contracts

DURATION & RENEWAL. 22.01 This Agreement shall be effective starting on the first (1st) day of May, two thousand and nine (2009) and shall continue in full force and effect until the thirty-first (31st) day of October, two thousand and ten (2010) and for further periods of one (1) year, unless notice shall be given, by either party, of the desire to delete, change or amend any of the provisions contained herein, within the period of ninety (90) days prior to the renewal date. Should neither of the parties give such notice, this Agreement shall renew for a period of one (1) year.
