COMMENCEMENT/EXPIRATION DATE This agreement is executed as of the date of the last signature and is effective through at which time it will expire. The expiration date is the final date for completion of all work activities under this agreement.
Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.
CONTRACT RENEWAL PERIOD FURNITURE ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: Contractors wishing to make furniture additions/changes to their contract during the contract period should be aware of the following additions/changes will be allowed only once during a contract period. No changes to discount percentages are allowed during this contract period. Additions/changes must be submitted during the contract renewal period. When requesting additions and/or changes; contractor shall submit a request either by letter or via email which shall include a list of all items being proposed for addition and/or change. Contractor shall submit all required documents supporting any new items. Product literature for all new items shall also be submitted with the request. Contractor is responsible for submitting a complete name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers when a new dealer is added.
Contract Effective Date This agreement becomes effective when signed by the last party whose signing makes the agreement fully executed.
Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.
Termination Expiration Suspension Remedies (a) TERMINATION FOR NONAPPROPRIATION OR REDUCTION OF FUNDS OR CHANGES IN LAW. Enterprise Services may suspend or terminate this Participating Addendum and Purchasers may suspend or terminate applicable Purchase Orders, in whole or in part, at the sole discretion of Enterprise Services or, as applicable, Purchaser, if Enterprise Services or, as applicable, Purchaser reasonably determines that: (a) a change in Federal or State legislation or applicable laws materially affects the ability of either party to perform under the terms of this Participating Addendum or applicable Purchase Order; or (b) that a change in available funds affects Purchaser’s ability to pay under the applicable Purchase Order. A change of available funds as used in this section includes, but is not limited to a change in Federal or State funding, whether as a result of a legislative act or by order of the President or the Governor. If a written notice is delivered under this provision, Purchaser will reimburse Contractor for Goods properly ordered and/or Services properly performed until the effective date of said notice. Except as stated in this provision, in the event of termination for nonappropriation or reduction of funds or changes in law, Purchaser will have no obligation or liability to Contractor for payment of terminated Purchase Orders.
Renewal Contract Term Upon mutual written agreement, the Parties may renew this Contract, in whole or in part, for a Renewal Term not to exceed the Initial Contract Term, pursuant to the incorporated Special Contract Conditions.
Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018. DAS, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term.
