Request for Meeting. Upon receipt of a written request for a meeting either party will have five (5) days to reply to the request. A meeting date shall be agreed to within fifteen (15) days of such request. Such request shall not be made earlier than seventy-five (75) days prior to the expiration of the Agreement. All days referred to in this section shall be work days.
Request for Meeting. Within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of an intent not to renew as provided in Paragraph 2 hereof, the Superintendent may request, in writing, a meeting with the School Board to discuss its intentions, the reasons therefore, and ways in which any concerns of the School Board might be addressed by the parties.
Request for Meeting. If after (30) days, Court and County cannot resolve any dispute, either Party may give the other party a written request for a meeting between Court Executive Officer and the County Administrative Officer for the purpose of resolving a disagreement between the Parties. If such meeting is requested, the meeting shall be held within ten (10) business days of the receipt of such request.
Request for Meeting. A request for a meeting of the Labor/Management Committee may be made by either party at any time. The Committee shall be convened within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of a written request by either party.
Request for Meeting a. At any time after January 1, but before May 15, of the year in which the contract expires, either the Board or the Association may cause negotiations for a successor agreement to commence by giving written notification to the other party that it desires to open negotiations for the purpose of making modifications to the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement that will result in a new successor agreement. Such notice by the Association shall be served on the superintendent of schools and notice by the Board shall be served on the president of the Association.
b. A mutually convenient initial meeting date shall be set no later than fifteen days after the date of request, unless both parties agree to a later date. All proposals shall be submitted in writing by both parties at the initial meeting. Thereafter, no new items shall be submitted without mutual consent.
Request for Meeting. 1. Either party may initiate negotiations by submitting a written notice to the other party.
2. Request for negotiations may be submitted no earlier than ninety (90) days nor later than sixty (60) days before the expiration of the current Agreement unless otherwise agreed to by both parties.
3. A mutually convenient meeting date shall be set after the request to negotiate is submitted by either party. At this meeting, each party shall submit its issues for negotiations, which shall become the negotiating agenda. No additional issues may be submitted without mutual consent of both parties.
Request for Meeting. 2.4.1 Requests shall be submitted in writing by the Association to the Superintendent or by the Superintendent to the President of the Association on or before January 15.
2.4.2 A mutually convenient meeting date shall be set no later than ten (10) school days after receipt of the request, unless both parties agree to a later date. At this meeting, the teams shall exchange their complete written proposals. Neither team may present more than twelve (12) proposals. Neither team may submit additional proposals after the initial meeting.
2.4.3 Meetings will be scheduled to avoid conflict with regular school duties and responsibilities. In special circumstances, it might be necessary to provide release time in order to conduct negotiation meetings during school hours.
Request for Meeting. 1. Request to initiate negotiations shall be submitted in writing by the Association to the Board through the Superintendent and will include the names of the negotiating team.
2. Request from the Board will be submitted in writing by the Superintendent to the President of the Association and will include the names of the negotiating team.
3. Requests for negotiations may be submitted no earlier than ninety (90) days nor later than sixty (60) days before the expiration of the Agreement unless otherwise agreed to by both parties.
4. A mutually convenient initial meeting date shall be set no later than fifteen (15) working days after the date of the request, unless both parties agree to a later date. At this meeting date, each party shall submit in writing all issues being proposed for negotiations, which shall become the agenda.
Request for Meeting. A written request to begin negotiations shall be made by either party no less than 105 days prior to the expiration of the contract. A copy of the Notice to Negotiate shall be filed with the SERB at the time such a request is served upon the other party. The first negotiations meeting shall be held no earlier than 90 days before expiration of the contract.
