Request for Meeting. Upon receipt of a written request for a meeting either party will have five (5) days to reply to the request. A meeting date shall be agreed to within fifteen (15) days of such request. Such request shall not be made earlier than seventy-five (75) days prior to the expiration of the Agreement. All days referred to in this section shall be work days.

Request for Meeting. Within ten calendar (10) days after receipt of an intent not to renew as provided in Paragraph 2 hereof, the Superintendent may request, in writing, a meeting with the School Board to discuss its intentions, the reasons therefore, and ways in which any concerns of the School Board might be addressed by the parties.
Request for Meeting. If after (30) days, Court and County cannot resolve any dispute, either Party may give the other party a written request for a meeting between Court Executive Officer and the County Administrative Officer for the purpose of resolving a disagreement between the Parties.
