Duration/Termination of the Agreement. (1) The Registration Agreement is concluded for an undetermined period of time. It may be cancelled by either party without giving a reason with a notice period of 3 months to the end of the year.

Upon notice receipt, the recipient Party shall cease all use and disclosure of all Confidential Information and return or destruct it, as set forth in the above section 1 11 of this Agreement.
