Common use of Duties as Employee of the Company Clause in Contracts

Duties as Employee of the Company. Executive shall, subject to the supervision of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, serve as the Company's Senior Vice President - Marketing and Sales with all such powers as may be set forth in the Company's Bylaws with respect to, and/or are reasonably incident to, such officerships.

Duties as Employee of the Company. Executive shall, subject to the supervision of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, serve as the Company's Senior Executive Vice President - Marketing and Sales Chief Financial Officer, with all such powers as may be set forth in the Company's Bylaws with respect to, and/or are reasonably incident to, such officerships.

Executive shall, subject to the supervision of the Company's ’s President and Chief Executive Officer, serve as the Company's Senior ’s Executive Vice President - Marketing President, General Counsel, and Sales Secretary, with all such powers as may be set forth in the Company's ’s Bylaws with respect to, and/or are reasonably incident to, such officerships.

Duties as Employee of the Company. Executive shall, subject to the supervision of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, serve as the Company's Senior Vice President - Marketing and Sales Chief Medical Officer, with all such powers as may be set forth in the Company's Bylaws with respect to, and/or are reasonably incident to, such officerships.

Duties as Employee of the Company. Executive shall, subject to the supervision of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, serve as the Company's Senior Executive Vice President - Marketing and Sales of Corporate Development, with all such powers as may be set forth in the Company's Bylaws with respect to, and/or are reasonably incident to, such officerships.
