Duties Beyond Regular School Year. 14.4.8.1 Any employee shall be compensated at their per diem rate for District required days of work beyond the school year. 14.4.8.2 Certificated employees, who participate in Staff Development Buy-Back days, if any, will be compensated at a per diem rate.
