Duties of Other Agents. To the extent that any Lender is identified in this Agreement as a co-agent, documentation agent or syndication agent, such Lender shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender.
Duties of Other Agents. None of the Lenders identified in this Agreement as a "co-agent" or Syndication Agent or Documentation Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender.
Duties of Other Agents. None of the Agents (other than the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent) identified on the cover page or signature pages of this Agreement shall have any rights, powers, obligations, liabilities, responsibilities or duties under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as a Lender, a Swingline Lender or an Issuing Bank hereunder. Without limiting any other provision of this Article, none of such Agents in their respective capacities as such shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender (including any Swingline Lender or any Issuing Bank) or any other Person by reason of this Agreement or any other Loan Document.

Co-Documentation Agents, Syndication Agent and each of the Co-Arrangers shall have no right (except, in the case of Co-Arrangers, such rights as are expressly set forth herein), power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Duties of Other Agents. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, each of JPMorgan and each Listed Agent is a Lender designated as "Syndication Agent" or "Documentation Agent" for title purposes only and, in such capacity, shall have no obligations or duties whatsoever under this Agreement or any other Loan Document to any Loan Party, any Lender or any Issuer and shall have no rights separate from its rights as a Lender except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
