Current Customers definition

Current Customers means all of the Company’s end user licensees as of the Effective Time of any Covered Products. For the sake of clarity, Current Customers as of the Effective Time include all Persons listed as Current Customers on Schedule 6.2(a).

Current Customers shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.9(a).

More Definitions of Current Customers

Current Customers means any firm, partnership, corporation, and/or any other entity and/or person that purchased or purchases from Discloser any of its products or services.

Current Customers mean Class Members that currently maintain one or more payment card processing accounts with Defendant as of the date of Preliminary Approval.

Current Customers means those Settlement Tax Class Members who are customers of Frontier at the time notice is sent to the Settlement Tax Class pursuant to the Preliminary Approval Order.

Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0x.xxx will take reasonable action to re- activate/re-instate Client’s service prior to such measures being taken, but such action may be necessary to protect the best interest’s of the end-user of the Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0x.xxx services, as well as the reputation of Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0x.xxx itself.

Current Customers means any and all of i2c's and its Affiliates' customers for whom it performs Processing Services at any time during the Term of this Agreement; or any parties with whom i2c and/or its Affiliates are actively undertaking discussions and/or submitting proposals for such services.
