Duties of the Group a. The Group shall furnish Subscribers whose coverage terminates written notification of the Subscriber's eligibility to continue coverage under DCCHC. Such notice shall be furnished no later than fifteen (15) days of the date coverage under this Evidence of Coverage would otherwise terminate. Failure by the Group to furnish the required notification shall not extend the right to continue coverage beyond the three-month period.
