Duties of the Vice Presidents. Each Vice President, if any, shall have such powers and duties as may from time to time be assigned to him by the President or the Board of Directors. Any Vice President may, when authorized by the Board of Directors, sign and execute in the name of the Corporation deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts or other instruments, except where the signing and execution of such documents shall be expressly delegated by the Board of Directors or the President to some other officer or agent of the Corporation or as otherwise required by law.

Duties of the Vice Presidents. In the absence of the president or in the event of his inability or refusal to act, the vice president, if any (or in the event there be more than one vice president, the vice presidents in the order designated, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election), shall perform the duties of the president, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all restrictions upon the president.
