End of Season. 8.1. It is your responsibility to drain down and prepare your caravan/lodge for the closed season. 8.2. You must ensure that all gas, electricity and water connections are switched off throughout the closed season. During the closed season, we recommend that the curtains of your caravan/lodge are drawn and all items of value removed.
End of Season. By the End-of Season Reporting Deadlines (Summer: November 14, 2016 | Winter: May 14, 2017), markets will: a. Provide one photo, story, video, and/or testimonial of the Crop Cash program. If a market submits a photo or video, they will also submit a signed copy of the Photo and Video Release.
End of Season. Plots must be cleared and cleaned at the end of the growing season, October 30th . Renters who do not clean plots will lose first right of refusal for the plot the following year. Cleaned up means plot is ready for tilling, clean and level. All dead plants and weeds should be removed. All stakes, structures, materials must be pulled and removed from site. Cover crops may be left on cleared and level plots. Garden meetings will be held the 1st Thursday of each month, early evening (5:30 to 7:00pm), in the gardening season: May, June, July, August, September, and October. Workshops and work parties will be held intermittently throughout the season. Gardeners agree to attend at least two meetings and two work parties per season. The bulletin board is for garden business only, soliciting is not allowed. Feel free to give notes on the bulletin board on the outside of the Garden for any useful hints and ideas Any suggestions for feedback or questions should be directed to the garden coordinator.

Gardeners who do not clean their assigned plot will lose first right of refusal for the plot the following year. Irrigation will be blown out and turned off at the beginning of November. In the event of a warmer than usual fall, gardeners must first have preapproval to allow crops to remain after November 15th deadline. Plots provided extensions must be fully cleaned out before adverse weather ends the season. Cleaned up means plot is ready for tilling, clean and level. All dead plants and weeds should be removed. End of Season. (a) Wherever venue bookings permit, the Company will endeavour to schedule an extra day, after the last performance of a tour, for bump out. Where this is not possible, and an Employee is required to work after midnight on the final evening of a tour, the Company will provide accommodation, or pay the relevant accommodation allowance, and will pay meals and incidentals allowances for the following night. (b) The Company shall endeavour to ensure that technical Employees have a break of ten hours between the completion of work and the commencement of travel. In circumstances where such a break cannot reasonably be achieved, the Company agrees the technical Employees shall be entitled to a break of ten hours on arrival at the next destination before the commencement of work. (c) The Company further agrees that the technical Employee required to bump-out at the conclusion of a performance shall be entitled, at their choosing and preferably after their rest break, to travel on the next available air service to the next destination, without any entitlement to the no break penalty.
End of SeasonClean up plots in the fall and return them to a weed free condition. All perennial plant material, semi-permanent structures, wire cages, etc. must be removed at the conclusion of this growing season.
End of Season. 18.1 At the end of the season Players will be evaluated by the Team Coach and informed of their status with regard to the following season. During this evaluation period, the Player shall give the Team Coach the same consideration and inform the Team Coach whether or not he/she plans to rejoin the team if selected for the following season. The Team Coach expects Players and Parents to be ethical, honest and honor their commitments; therefore the Player should make his/her decision carefully. 1. Acknowledge and represent that I understand the nature of the soccer training(s), program(s), game(s) (the “Activity”) that I am participating in and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activity. 2. Fully understand that: (a) soccer related programs involve risk and dangers of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death (the “Risks”); (b) these “Risks” and dangers may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the “Activity”, the condition in which the “Activity” takes place, or the negligence of the “Releasees” named below; (c) there may be other risk and social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages I incur as a result of my participation or that of the minor in the Activity. 3. Hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to xxx CYPRESS FUTBOL CLUB or CYPRESS FC (or any of its trainers/coaches) or, its agents, representatives, employees and successors (each considered one of the “Releasees” herein) from ALL liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the “Releasees” or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and I further agree that if, despite this Agreement, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes claim against any of the “Releasees”, I will indemnify, save and hold harmless each of the ‘Releasees” from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or any costs which may incur as the result of such claim.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.

  • Term of Service Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Atlas shall serve as the Managing General Partner of the Partnership until either it:

  • Commencement of Services The Consultant shall begin carrying out the Services from the Effective Date or from such other Date specified in the SC.

  • Completion of Services (a) The Customer must: (i) notify Deswik in writing as soon as the Customer becomes aware of any defects in the Services; or (ii) provide Deswik with an email confirming successful completion of any Services Deswik advises the Customer have been completed. (b) If the Customer does not notify Deswik of any defects under clause 5.4(a)(i) or provide Deswik with an email confirming successful completion of the Services within 14 days of Deswik notifying the Customer that the relevant Services are complete, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the Services. (c) If the Customer notifies Deswik of any defects under clause 5.4(a)(i), Deswik will, as soon as possible investigate and (where applicable) undertake rectification of the defects. Upon completion of any defect rectification the Customer must promptly provide an email notification of the successful completion of the services, unless further defects exist. In this case, the Customer is further required to notify Deswik of such defects.

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

  • Establishment of Service 6.1 After receiving certification as a local exchange company from the appropriate regulatory agency, <<customer_name>> will provide the appropriate BellSouth service center the necessary documentation to enable BellSouth to establish a master account for <<customer_name>>’s resold services. Such documentation shall include the Application for Master Account, proof of authority to provide telecommunications services, an Operating Company Number ("OCN") assigned by the National Exchange Carriers Association ("NECA") and a tax exemption certificate, if applicable. When necessary deposit requirements are met, as described in Section 6.6 below, BellSouth will begin taking orders for the resale of service. 6.2 Service orders will be in a standard format designated by BellSouth. 6.3 <<customer_name>> shall provide to BellSouth a blanket letter of authorization ("LOA") certifying that <<customer_name>> will have End User authorization prior to viewing the End User's customer service record or switching the End User's service. BellSouth will not require End User confirmation prior to establishing service for <<customer_name>>’s End User customer. <<customer_name>> must, however, be able to demonstrate End User authorization upon request. 6.4 BellSouth will accept a request directly from the End User for conversion of the End User's service from <<customer_name>> to BellSouth or will accept a request from another CLEC for conversion of the End User's service from <<customer_name>> to such other CLEC. Upon completion of the conversion BellSouth will notify <<customer_name>> that such conversion has been completed. 6.5 If BellSouth is informed that an unauthorized change in local service to <<customer_name>> has occurred, BellSouth will reestablish service with the appropriate local service provider and will assess <<customer_name>> as the CLEC initiating the alleged unauthorized change, the unauthorized change charge described in FCC Tariff No. 1, Section 13 or applicable state tariff. Appropriate nonrecurring charges, as set forth in Section A4 of the General Subscriber Service Tariff, will also be assessed to <<customer_name>>. In accordance with FCC Slamming Liability Rules, the relevant governmental agency will determine if an unauthorized change has occurred. Resolution of all relevant issues shall be handled directly with the authorized CLEC and <<customer_name>>. 6.6 BellSouth reserves the right to secure the account with a suitable form of security deposit, unless satisfactory credit has already been established. 6.6.1 Such security deposit shall take the form of cash for cash equivalent, an irrevocable Letter of Credit or other forms of security acceptable to BellSouth. Any such security deposit may be held during the continuance of the service as security for the payment of any and all amounts accruing for the service. 6.6.2 If a security deposit is required, such security deposit shall be made prior to the inauguration of service. 6.6.3 Such security deposit shall be two months' estimated billing. 6.6.4 The fact that a security deposit has been made in no way relieves <<customer_name>> from complying with BellSouth's regulations as to advance payments and the prompt payment of bills on presentation nor does it constitute a waiver or modification of the regular practices of BellSouth providing for the discontinuance of service for non-payment of any sums due BellSouth. 6.6.5 BellSouth reserves the right to increase the security deposit requirements when, in its reasonable judgment, changes in <<customer_name>>'s financial status so warrant and/or gross monthly billing has increased beyond the level initially used to determine the security deposit. 6.6.6 In the event service to <<customer_name>> is terminated due to <<customer_name>>'s default on its account, any security deposits held will be applied to <<customer_name>>'s account. 6.6.7 Interest on a cash or cash equivalent security deposit shall accrue and be paid in accordance with the terms in the appropriate BellSouth tariff.

  • Statement of Service The employer shall, in the event of resignation or termination of employment, provide upon request to an employee whose employment has been terminated a written statement specifying the period of employment and the classification or type of work performed by the employee.

  • Standard of Service As Agent for the Fund, you agree to provide service equal to or better than that provided by you or others furnishing shareholder services to other open-end investment companies ("Standard") at a fee comparable to the fee paid you for your services hereunder. The Standard shall include at least the following: (a) Prompt reconciliation of any differences as to the number of outstanding shares between various Facility records or between Facility records and records of an MFS Fund's Custodian; (b) Prompt processing of shareholder correspondence and of other matters requiring action by you; (c) Prompt clearance of any daily volume backlog; (d) Providing innovative services and technological improvements; (e) Meeting the requirements of any governmental authority having jurisdiction over you or the Fund; and (f) Prompt reconciliation of all bank accounts under your control belonging to the Fund or MFS. If any MFS Fund serviced by you is reasonably of the view that the service provided by you does not meet the Standard, it shall give you written notice specifying the particulars, and you then shall have 120 days in which to restore the service so that it meets the Standard, except that such period shall be 180 days with respect to meeting that portion of the Standard described above in item (d) of this paragraph 4. If at the end of such period the Fund remains reasonably of the view that the service provided by you, in the particulars specified, does not meet the Standard, then the MFS Fund or Funds having a majority of the accounts for which you are then Agent may, by appropriate action (including the concurrence of a majority of the Trustees or Directors, as the case may be, of such MFS Fund or Funds who are not interested persons of MFS), elect to terminate this Agreement for cause as to all such Funds upon 90 days notice to you. Upon termination hereof, the Fund shall pay you such compensation as may be due to you as of the date of such termination, and shall likewise reimburse you for any costs, expenses, and disbursements reasonably incurred by you to such date in the performance of your duties hereunder.

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.
