Duties of Third-Party Class Administrator. The Class Administrator will be responsible for all matters relating to the administration of this Settlement, as set forth herein. Those responsibilities include, but are not limited to, giving notice, obtaining new addresses for returned mail, setting up and maintaining the Settlement Website and toll-free telephone number, fielding and responding to inquiries about the Settlement, acting as a liaison between Settlement Class Members and the Parties regarding claims information, directing the mailing of Cash Awards to Final Settlement Class Members, and any other tasks reasonably required to effectuate the foregoing. The Class Administrator will provide updates on the claims status to counsel for the Parties at least monthly. Counsel for the Parties and the Class Administrator will reach an agreement for the amounts to be paid to the Class Administrator for services rendered under this Settlement Agreement before any undertaking by the Class Administrator.
