Common use of Duty Days Clause in Contracts

Duty Days. When the school year is split into two (2) parts under a shared-time arrangement, the teacher teaching the 1st part must be on duty three (3) days during pre-school workshops and, for continuity of instruction, the teacher teaching the 2nd part must spend three (3) days with the teacher being replaced during the final two (2) weeks of the 1st semester.
