Duty Locations. Management has the exclusive right to assign and change duty locations. Duty locations include all facilities owned and operated by the County of Santa Xxxxx and/or its Santa Xxxxx Valley Health and Hospital System, as well as facilities owned and operated by others where the County decides to assign physicians. Duty locations may include other sites, including patient homes (for home visits) and mobile clinics. Management has the exclusive right to assign physicians to any duty location and to more than one duty location in the course of any workweek or workday to meet patient-care needs (e.g., same day reassignment from one site to another, reassignment from ambulatory to inpatient service, reassignment of on-call location). Commuting to and from work—regardless of location—is not part of paid, coded time. Travel between multiple work locations during the workday is part of paid, coded time. Physicians may request mileage reimbursement in accordance with the County’s Mileage Reimbursement Guidelines. All physicians and dentists are required to obtain and maintain clinical privileges at all applicable duty locations as determined by Management.

Duty Locations. ACTION LABOR shall provide the described above during school hours and at all posts as deemed necessary by the School Board and the CITY OF BEACH. THE CITY OF HALLANDALE BEACH has the right to change the duty hours, as well as duty location, by written directive, which shall become effective on the date set forth in such written directive, provided that such date shall not be sooner than three (3) business days the date of the written directive.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Locations Each invoice shall show the location, with the street name and AAR/DOT crossing inventory number.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. If the State requires an employee to live in a specified zone or district after initial assignment, the employee will be reimbursed for actual reasonable and necessary moving expenses by common carrier. An employee will not be permanently reassigned or transferred for disciplinary or arbitrary or capricious reasons. Unless specific requirements dictate otherwise, transfers and reassignments shall be on a voluntary basis from among qualified employees. The most senior employee who is qualified to perform the duties of the position shall be entitled to the transfer or reassignment. If there are no qualified volunteers, the least senior qualified employee shall be transferred. In the event the least senior qualified employee has children of elementary or secondary school age, he/she shall be exempted from this provision in the event no schools are available in the new assignment area or if suitable educational arrangements for such children cannot be mutually agreed to. When an employee is reassigned to a new work location under this Article, he/she will have the option, in lieu of relocation, to have recall rights under the Seniority Article of this Agreement as though he/she were laid off as of the effective date of the reassignment. The State shall provide ninety (90) days advance notice of such relocations whenever possible, and in the event that less than ninety (90) days notice is provided, the State will pay reasonable temporary relocation expenses, pursuant to the Lodging and Meals Article of this Agreement, for any period of less than ninety (90) days notice. This Article does not apply to employees relocating in connection with any reduction in force or to employees in job classes which traditionally have required performance of duties at other than a fixed location.

  • Co-Location 1. Each Party shall ensure that major suppliers in its territory provide to suppliers of public telecommunications services of the other Party physical co-location of equipment necessary for interconnection or access to unbundled network elements on a timely basis and on terms, conditions and at cost-oriented rates that are reasonable and non-discriminatory.

  • Data Center Location Upon the effective date of the Agreement, the Data Centers used to host Personal Data in the Cloud Service are located in the EEA or Switzerland. SAP will not migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center outside the EEA or Switzerland without Customer’s prior written consent (email permitted). If SAP plans to migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center within the EEA or to Switzerland, SAP will notify Customer in writing (email permitted) no later than thirty days before the planned migration.
