Duty Locations. Management has the exclusive right to assign and change duty locations. Duty locations include all facilities owned and operated by the County of Santa Xxxxx and/or its Santa Xxxxx Valley Health and Hospital System, as well as facilities owned and operated by others where the County decides to assign physicians. Duty locations may include other sites, including patient homes (for home visits) and mobile clinics. Management has the exclusive right to assign physicians to any duty location and to more than one duty location in the course of any workweek or workday to meet patient-care needs (e.g., same day reassignment from one site to another, reassignment from ambulatory to inpatient service, reassignment of on-call location). Commuting to and from work—regardless of location—is not part of paid, coded time. Travel between multiple work locations during the workday is part of paid, coded time. Physicians may request mileage reimbursement in accordance with the County’s Mileage Reimbursement Guidelines. All physicians and dentists are required to obtain and maintain clinical privileges at all applicable duty locations as determined by Management.

Duty Locations. ACTION LABOR shall provide the described above during school hours and at all posts as deemed necessary by the School Board and the CITY OF BEACH. THE CITY OF HALLANDALE BEACH has the right to change the duty hours, as well as duty location, by written directive, which shall become effective on the date set forth in such written directive, provided that such date shall not be sooner than three (3) business days the date of the written directive.

  • Prior Locations (a) Set forth in Schedule 3(a) is the information required by Schedule 2(a) or Schedule 2(b) with respect to each location or place of business previously maintained by any Company at any time during the past four months. (b) Set forth in Schedule 3(b) is the information required by Schedule 2(c) or Schedule 2(d) with respect to each other location at which, or other person or entity with which, any of the Collateral consisting of inventory or equipment has been previously held at any time during the past twelve months.

  • Property Locations (a) Provide to Administrative Agent at least 10 days’ prior written notice before adding any new offices or business or Collateral locations, including warehouses (unless such new offices or business or Collateral locations qualify as Excluded Locations). (b) With respect to any property or assets of a Loan Party located with a third party, including a bailee, datacenter or warehouse (other than Excluded Locations), Borrowers shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause such third party to execute and deliver a Collateral Access Agreement for such location, including an acknowledgment from each of the third parties that it is holding or will hold such property, subject to Collateral Trustee’s security interest.   • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. The Fund may secure from State Street the right to access the System or the Data Access Services through computer and telecommunications facilities or devices complying with the Designated Configuration at additional locations only upon the prior written consent of State Street and on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Business Locations Set forth on Schedule 6.20(a) is a list of all Real Properties located in the United States that are owned or leased by the Loan Parties as of the Closing Date. Set forth on Schedule 6.20(b) is a list of all locations where any tangible personal property of a Loan Party is located as of the Closing Date. Set forth on Schedule 6.20(c) is the chief executive office, jurisdiction of incorporation or formation and principal place of business of each Loan Party as of the Closing Date.
