Duty/Responsibility. All Employees must diligently perform all duties and responsibilities of their employment in accordance with the Employee’s classification. It is understood that due to the changing environment that there is a need for workplace flexibility. Therefore the work Employees are engaged in may need to change to reflect the working environment during the life of the employment relationship. Should changes occur they shall be managed through a process of consultation, due consideration of the Employee’s skill and competence levels and an acknowledgment that additional training shall be provided if required. Employees may be required to travel and spend time away from their allocated job site for extended periods as a requirement of the job.
