The Contractor shall promptly correct Work rejected by the Design Professional or Owner or known by the Contractor to be defective, damaged, or failing to conform to the requirements of the Contract Documents, whether observed before or after Material Completion and whether or not designed, fabricated, installed, or completed. The Contractor shall bear costs of correcting such rejected Work, including without limitation additional testing and inspections
