EACH PARTY CAN HAVE TWO REPRESENTATIVES. Neither party shall have more than two (2) representatives at any such meeting unless mutually agreed to prior to the meeting. Any such meeting is not intended to bypass the Grievance Procedure nor shall they be intended to constitute any invitation to be used as new negotiations sessions or to renegotiate valid provisions of this Agreement.
