Common use of Early Education and Childcare Clause in Contracts

Early Education and Childcare. If any changes are made to legislation and guidance issued by the Department for Education relating to the provision of the free early education and childcare provision, the Council may vary the Agreement to reflect the changes made. In the event of any amendment or variation to this Agreement being necessary, the Council will publish details of the changes and the date on which the revised terms are to take effect on its website. The revisions to the Agreement shall apply to Providers from the date stated.
