Early Move-In. If the Tenant is permitted an Early Move-In, and any pro-rated rent is required to be paid, such payment must be made by the Tenant at the execution of this Agreement. If applicable and selected in Section 8, this Early Move-In period shall be protected under the same rights as the Term of this Agreement.
Early Move-In. The typical lease term begins on the Friday prior to the first day of Bloomsburg University Fall Semester classes. Tenant may request permission to move in earlier. Please visit our website (xxx.XXxxxXxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx) to download the “Move In Early” form, fill it out, and mail it along with payment at a rate of $100 per week and/or $20 per day. Early move-in is not guaranteed. Landlord may offer occupancy in a different apartment.
Early Move-In. Upon special permission provided by show management, a Licensee may take possession of the exhibit, concession or parade location prior to the commencement of the specified move-in hours.
Early Move-In. Landlord shall give occupancy to Tenant on December 8, 1997 to start moving furniture, equipment, etc. into the premises. All terms and conditions of this lease shall apply during the early move-in period.

The rent for the early move in period shall be paid in full in advance of the early move in. Landlord reserves the right to charge the early move in rent for full occupancy of the Premises should Landlord determine, at Xxxxxxxx’s discretion Premise.
Early Move-In. Except as otherwise provided, Landlord shall deliver possession of the Premises with the tenant improvements thereto substantially completed on or before the Commencement Date, but delivery of possession prior to the Commencement Date shall not affect the Expiration Date of this Lease Agreement. Failure of Landlord to deliver possession of the Premises by the Commencement Date due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Landlord, including, without limitation, a holding over by a prior tenant, labor or material shortages, strikes, casualty loss, acts of God or failure by the City to timely approve the an plans or issue a building permit (any of the foregoing being hereafter referred to as an “Excused Delay”), shall automatically postpone the Commencement Date and shall extend the Expiration Date of this Lease Agreement accordingly. The rentals herein reserved shall commence on the first day of the Term, provided, however, in the event of any occupancy by Tenant prior to the beginning of the Term, such occupancy shall in all respects be the same as that of a tenant under this Lease Agreement, and the rentals shall commence as of the date that Tenant enters into such occupancy of the Premises; provided, however, the Tenant may enter the Premises rent-free during the Move-in Period (as defined below) only for the purposes described below. Provided further, that if Landlord shall be delayed in delivery of the Premises to Tenant due to Tenant’s failure to timely deliver any plans to Landlord or make any required deposit, changes in or additions to plans or tenant improvements made at the request of Tenant, Tenant’s failure to timely deliver any required Security Deposit or any other delay caused by Tenant or any of its contractors, agents or employees, or by Tenant’s failure to pay for the costs of tenant improvements in excess of any tenant improvement allowance and any deposit (any of the foregoing being hereafter referred to as a “Tenant Delay”), then in such case the commencement of Tenant’s obligation to pay rentals shall be accelerated by the number of days of such Tenant Delay. Early Move-In. At the discretion of Landlord, Tenants may be permitted to move in to the Premises prior to the Lease Commencement Date. Early move-in requests must be submitted to Landlord prior to July 21, 20_17 . All of the terms of this Lease shall apply to Tenants’ early move-in and occupancy of the Premises. Rent for the early move in period shall be Thirty Dollars and no cents ($30.00) per day per tenant moving in early. The rent for the early move in period shall be paid in full in advance of the early move in.
Early Move-In. At the discretion of Landlord, Tenants may be permitted to move in to the Premises prior to the Lease Commencement Date. Early move-in requests must be submitted to Landlord prior to July 24th, 2020. All of the terms of this Lease shall apply to Tenants’ early move-in and occupancy of the Premises. Rent for the early move in period shall be Thirty Dollars and no cents ($30.00) per day multiplied by the number of Tenants constituting full occupancy of the Premises. For example if full occupancy is a total of four (4) people, then $120.00/day will be charged to Tenants. The rent for the early move in period shall be paid in full in advance of the early move in.

Early Move-In. At its sole discretion, the University may grant my request for occupancy prior to the move-in date. Resident will pay an additional daily fee for each night Resident occupies their room prior to the standard move-in date shown on the Housing Calendar. Resident must vacate their assigned room: (a) no later than 24 hours after my withdrawal date (b) on or before the official closing time indicated in the Housing Calendar, or (c) no later than 24 hours after this Contract has been cancelled. I must take all of my belongings with me when I move out and complete the check-out process, including but not limited to the return of all Housing keys.
