Early Steps Family Service Coordinator. Supervisor will fax Child Find a copy of the transition conference schedule on the Thursday prior to each upcoming week. Child Find will forward a copy to the LEA PreK. The Early Steps transition conference is held no more than nine (9) months and no less than 90 days prior to the child’s third birthday. Early Steps and the LEA strive to hold transition conferences when the children are between 30 and 33 months of age, except for children who are referred late (see Late Entry, G.1.)

  • Program Coordinator An individual designated by the program director to assist the program director in managing Match activities.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below.
