Earned and Unpaid Base Salary. If Executive’s employment terminates for any reason, the Company shall pay the Executive her full Base Salary earned through the effective date of termination of Executive’s employment (the “Termination Date”) and reimburse Executive for all expenses incurred in accordance with this Agreement (the “Accrued Amounts”), and the Company shall have no further obligations whatsoever to Executive under this Agreement except as may be provided in Section 5(b) or Section 5(c). The Accrued Amounts shall be paid to Executive in accordance with applicable laws, not to exceed thirty (30) days after the Termination Date.

  • Base Salary The Company shall pay to the Executive an annual base salary of $200,000, payable on a monthly basis commencing on the Effective Date (as the same may be adjusted herein, the “Base Salary”). The Base Salary shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s payroll policies.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions.
