  • Terms of Access Access restrictions must receive approval from your advisor and the Graduate School.   • General Conditions (i) Each party will make each payment or delivery specified in each Confirmation to be made by it, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement.

  • Suspension of Access Ricoh reserves the right to suspend or terminate authorizations, or to suspend or block access to all or any part of the Site or Services as provided in paragraph 10 hereof.
