Eastern Area Coordination Center. The Parties to this Agreement recognize the Eastern Area Coordination Center in Milwaukee, WI, as the Geographic Area Coordination Center (GACC) for the Eastern Geographic Area. The Parties to this Agreement will coordinate, mobilize and demobilize emergency management resources through the GACC as appropriate. Parties to this Agreement are not precluded from independent movement of their own resources.
